The owners were amazing and so helpful. You can tell they take pride in what they do. The courtyard was nice with lots of shade trees. Very convenient location. Great for someone from out of town. Has a nice retro vibe. The room was a little small but the bed was conformable and the room had everything we needed. Will definitely be staying again.

The room is small but cozy, the TV worked and the cable actually worked! The bed was soft and the sheets felt brand new clean and fresh. Very clean and quiet place. But that's not the real diamond to this establishment...it's the owners that make this place worth your time. They are absolutely the most amazing people we have ever met. GREAT PLACE ! Reasonable Price

Super friendly people! Our car broke down and we stumbled across them. We were lucky enough to not only be near a hotel, but one with suck amazing hospitality. The owner offered a ride to a local restaurant to get food for the family. If in the area definitely would stay again.

Room clean. Cable TV good. Shower and appliances worked great. Slept really well. Towels available. Convenient to Livingston and Houston because right on Interstate 69. Very nice management, polite, and helpful.

Real quiet. Nice antique place. Felt safe. Roschin always make sure I was okay. Like 1 story buildings coz easier for me walking. No riff raft here. No noisey. No druggies here.

This was an extremely quiet place even though it was next to the road. Roshin made it clear that everything is peaceful and even promised no one would touch our van or the things in our room. My family has 4 kids and while my husband and I dont feel comfortable with sleeping in separate rooms in a hotel we did last night. I slept great even though we were separate I felt safe. It was very peaceful without fights and loud music. They are also extremely cheap compared to major hotels. We are coming from michigan and I definitely enjoyed having peace of mind and a safe place like Roshin provided. I wish all hotels were like this one. I will definitely come back to this place if I am in this city again. Thank you Roshin for treating strangers like family and being concerned about us and our belongings.

I had a great stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. The owners/managers were very friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. You can tell they care about their guests and work hard to keep the place nice and affordable. The location is convenient and quiet, which made it easy to relax. For the price, it’s honestly one of the best values in the area. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Lufkin who wants a simple, comfortable, and friendly place to stay.
